Personal Life

I was born in California, and grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah. It wasn't until I turned 25, that I decided to move away from home to explore life outside the Utah bubble. I grew as a person and artistically with my move to Philadelphia, and was married in 2008 to a wonderful woman would support my artistic decisions.

Longing for the west coast again, we decided to make a move back west. Neither of us wanted to move back to Utah though, and we decided between San Francisco or Seattle. Seattle won the toss, since it was cheaper to live there and the idea of starting my career in Seattle seemed more appealing.

Professional Life

I spent several years in college trying to figure out exactly where I belonged in the art world. I attended ITT Tech in Philadelphia, studying multimedia. This was a good introduction back into school like for me, since I had been out of school for several years.

I learned how to use Adobe's Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash. This degree also took me into 3D modelling with 3D Studio Max and video production with Adobe Premiere and After Effects. I graduated from ITT Tech with an Associate's degree in Multimedia, and the top of my class as Valedictorian.

I then learned about getting a Bachelor's degree with Art Institute of Philadelphia. This degree was graphic design, and I have been building up my skills in this designing field since then.

Since school, I have been doing freelance work with logo's and web design, which can be seen in my portfolio page.
